All Natural Dutch Jell is a specially formulated fruit pectin blend that reacts with the sugars and the fruits own acid to cause a jelling effect in homemade jellies and jams.
Ing: dextrose, pectin, fumaric acid.
Mixing Instructions:
Fruit Pectin Mix
3 3/4 cups fruit
5 1/4 cups sugar
3 tablespoons fruit pectin
Yields approximately 6 cups. Recipe may vary
